Back in December, I spent an afternoon with a small group who set intentions for themselves for 2023. I promised that we would reconnect to check in and see how the year was progressing.
With that in mind, I’m hosting a one-hour “intention check-in” on Sunday, March 26. You are welcome to join even if you didn’t attend the first session OR if you didn’t set any intentions for this year. It’s a perfect time for a re-set.
This is a chance to check in with the intentions you set for 2023 (or set intentions starting now)
What’s going well?
What’s not going well?
How is your word of the year showing up?
Where do you want to reset? How can you commit to doing that?
This virtual session on Zoom will include group discussion as well as guided reflection time. You can journal, draw, or mindmap your notes
This session is pay-what-you-can, with all donations going to the Shanti Project at Families Matter here in Calgary. Suggested price $15-$30.
My good friend Catherine Nelson Reid manages this project. Here is a bit more info from her:
“This project, which I have created and continue to champion, helps support young mothers and their children through the Families Matter Supporting Young Parents program. For the last five years, the Shanti Project has donated pajamas and toiletries to make Christmas gift bags for each family within the program, making their Christmas a little brighter and gifting them items for themselves and their children- for some these are real luxuries. These families are young and struggling, they need and depend on the support of the community. There are 40 families that the Families Matter SYP program supports.”
