I can be a thinking partner or accountability coach. I use solution-focused coaching that doesn’t include advice, consulting, or judgement.
I also offer emotional intelligence assessments through the EQ-i 2.0 assessment tool. This assessment is an excellent companion for coaching, as it offers information on strengths and areas for development that increase your value as an individual contributor or a leader. I’m certified to use the Everything DiSC assessment. This is a personal development learning tool that measures preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model of four basic styles: D, i, S, and C. You can read more here.
