I’ve spent my career working in HR and leadership in non-profit organizations and small business.

In 2017 I began working as a coach, consultant, and facilitator to a broad range of clients.

I enjoy co-creating effective solutions for my clients. I like to work with people who are interested in growth and development.

My work includes:

  • Professional coaching for leaders, individual contributors, and entrepreneurs

  • Team coaching to develop team charters and improve team culture

  • Facilitation for meetings, strategic planning, and focused conversations

Janice MacPherson is the founder of MacPherson Consulting.

With more than twenty years of experience, she has provided HR support and leadership in the non-profit and small business sectors in Alberta.

She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a trained yoga teacher. She is a certified user of the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment tool and the Everything DiSC assessment tool. She has completed:
