Give yourself the gift of time and space.
I’m hosting a weekend retreat for women on September 20-22, 2024.
This is what a past participant said:
“Over the course of the weekend, the noise of my life receded. I felt so much calmer when I left on Sunday, and I walked away with tools I could use in my daily life to come back to that quiet place.”

Join us for a weekend that will be refreshing, restorative, and inspiring. This is the 7th retreat I’ve hosted. My website will tell you more about me.
If you’re a woman who is…
Seeking clarity
Need time to reflect
Moving through change
Contemplating what’s next
This weekend is for you.
This retreat is exclusively for women, and there is no doubt that you’ll spend the weekend with an amazing group of people.
We’ll be joined by intuitive coach Maggie McGee. She’ll be offering personal oracle card readings, along with a workshop where we’ll learn how to tap into our own intuition. Richelle Kozdial will also be with us, leading an art workshop.
The setting is The Crossing at Ghost River, a luxurious retreat centre nestled beside a river in the foothills of the Rockies, just 20 minutes northwest of Cochrane. You’ll enjoy delicious, chef-prepared meals, yoga and meditation classes in a beautiful venue, and your own room and private bathroom.
Draft schedule available here.
Price includes *private accommodations for two nights, all meals, and most activities. (Oracle card readings can be purchased separately.) Payment plans are available - inquire for details.
*This means you have your own bed in your own room with your own ensuite bathroom.
Retreat Price: $ 1049.00 plus GST
Registration closes on Friday, September 6, 2024.

“Stepping out of the momentum of my life and into the space that allowed for and cocooned me in the caring and compassion of others was more than a salve; it was a necessary kindness.” Retreat participant, October 2022
